REFUND POLICY
Any product purchased from PRIME GARMENTS can be exchanged or returned under following circumstances:
Refunds
Refund is only allowed in cases where the product is found to be damaged or product received is different from order. Prime Garments should be intimated in writing of damage within 12 hours after receiving the product. It is mandatory that the damaged item is returned back to Prime Garments with original packing, labels and price tags. Refund will only be processed once Prime Garments has received the product and analyzed the cause of damage. Refund will be made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping cost are non-refundable unless product is faulty or different from order. The refund process may take two to three weeks. Once the order is processed it cannot be cancelled/refunded unless incase of damaged or different product received at dispatch as mentioned above.
Please note, refunds if any will be net of bank charges. Prime Garments will not bear any charges applied by the bank on credit card transactions including, refund charges and exchange rate differential if any applied by the bank. Prime Garments will be pleased to provide any documentary evidence if required by the customer.
